ARE Hire Terms and Conditions
  1. Hire period commences from the day that equipment is either collected or delivered.
  2. A deposit will be payable on commencement of hire, to be refunded to the client when equipment is returned to ARE.
  3. One week minimum hire charge applies to all items unless otherwise specified.
  4. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  5. ARE accepts no responsibility for any injury caused or sustained through the use of items hired.
  6. The client is to return all equipment clean and in good working condition, other than what would be considered as normal wear and tear. Any damage caused while equipment is on hire will be charged for and deposit may be forfeited. It is also the responsibility of the hirer to return items to ARE or to telephone and request collection. Hire charges will continue until items are returned or a collection request is made.
  7. Repairs are not to be conducted on any of our equipment without prior authorization from ARE.
  8. Delivery charges may apply for delivery and collection, price on application.
 
We reserve the right to cease a hire period without notice should any of the following occur:
  1. Hire account payments are  not being made.
  2. Equipment is being mistreated or used in unsafe manner.
  3. Any of ARE’s ‘Terms & Conditions’ of Hire are breached in any way.
